As a part-time Medical Assisting Instructor, you'll have access to all the tools and resources needed to effectively deliver our curriculum and inspire students pursuing Medical Assisting careers. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum

* Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory

* Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT)

* Teach safety protocols and compliance standards

* Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability

* Monitor and communicate student progress effectively

* Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment

* Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience

* Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel

* Teaching or coaching experience is a plus
