Oncology Pharmacist

Hartford Health Care’s Pharmacy System includes 9 inpatient pharmacies, 9 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and an ambulatory care department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Collaboration across pharmacy services and the healthcare team is key to improving patient care.

The Infusion Outpatient Pharmacist will work within the HHCI free‑standing oncology infusion center, overseeing daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area, assisting in regulatory compliance, and monitoring training, competency assessment, and quality assurance/control.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) strongly preferred.

Experience: Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
