The Manager, Business Analysis (Individual Contributor) oversees the implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met.

• Attends and leads Health plan meetings for CSRA to coordinate work with internal and external business partners to meet health plan requirements and SLAs.
• Reviews and Approves all SCR/IIF/Change tickets for the assigned health plan.
• Assists, coaches, and mentors Analysts in meeting requirements set for each change request.
• Responds to all Health Plan inquiries on claim and system related issues or questions.
• Assignment of Change Tickets to team analyst.

• Working knowledge of QNXT, primarily with configuration.
• 3-5 years of Demonstrated leadership.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• MS Office (Word, Access DB and Info Path etc.).
• Extensive experience with databases as well as interpretation and manipulation of related data.

• Claims experience.
• Healthcare background.
• MS SQL experience.
• Remedy (Ticket Tracking) experience.

Bachelor's degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
