About the Role

If you're energized by helping families build stability, resilience, and independence—and you're excited by the idea of providing therapy in nontraditional, community-based settings—this role is a great fit.

As a Clinician in our IICAPS (Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services) program, you'll work with children at risk of psychiatric hospitalization and their families. You'll provide therapy and support directly in the home, school, and community
, building meaningful relationships and helping families strengthen their functioning in real time.

, and ongoing supervision to help you grow into a confident, skilled practitioner.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and crisis intervention services
  • Support parents with skills training and advocacy
  • Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and community partners
  • Participate in weekly team clinical rounds, group and individual supervision
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with agency, HIPAA, and funding requirements
  • Contribute to program development and agency-wide initiatives
Experience and Skills

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related counseling field
  • LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA, or equivalent preferred (license-eligible graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience working with children and families (preferred)
  • Comfort working with diverse, urban communities
  • Strong clinical writing and communication skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice

Schedule & Additional Details

  • Monday Friday with some flexibility to meet family needs; a minimum of two evenings per week
  • Some on-call responsibilities with additional stipend
  • In-person role with hybrid office/home administrative time
