Coordinate LIFE STAR helicopter flight requests and Connecticut Children Medical Center Critical Care Ground Transport responses;
Prioritize requests, obtain necessary information, pre-alert teams, and notify appropriate departments;
Coordinate the response of all resources quickly and effectively in emergency situations;
Support critical decision making in a fast-paced environment
