We're seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and support pediatric clients at a partner location in the greater Hartford area.

This is an opportunity to provide highly individualized, 1:1 speech-language therapy to children receiving services within an interdisciplinary setting.

Your work will remain rooted in your SLP scope of practice, clinical judgment, and the individualized communication goals identified for each child, including goals established through their IEP when applicable.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals while maintaining your distinct role and expertise as an SLP.

We believe SLPs shouldn't have to choose between clinical growth, flexibility, meaningful work, and being part of a team.

You'll provide individualized speech-language services to pediatric clients, including assessment, intervention, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Depending upon client needs, your work may include receptive and expressive language, speech sound disorders, AAC, social communication, motor speech, functional communication, and other areas within the SLP scope of practice.

Most importantly, you'll have the autonomy to bring your clinical expertise, creativity, and individual therapeutic style to your work.

We're looking for an SLP who is curious, collaborative, compassionate, and excited to continue developing as a clinician.

You’ll need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for Connecticut SLP licensure. ASHA CCC-SLPs are welcome, and clinicians currently licensed in another state who are eligible for Connecticut licensure are encouraged to apply.

Pediatric experience is wonderful, but we're equally interested in clinicians who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, a growth mindset, and a genuine commitment to helping children communicate.
