Coordinator, Revenue Site Operations

• Provide oversight and support of workflow and functions for Medical Group revenue site operations
• Coordinate operational, technical, and/or clerical support services that improve department processes and core work
• Plan and organize workflows and prioritize customers’ needs
• Lead a small team and serve as a mentor
• Create and maintain procedural standards and records
• Develop and maintain educational programs, including new employee orientation
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Drive performance metrics and develop action plans to improve variances and revenue performance
• Partner with medical group operational leaders to improve revenue cycle performance, including front-end denials, eligibility, registration, and authorizations
• Review weekly metrics, assess root causes, and develop and implement action plans
• Lead complex projects for practice and clinic locations focused on ongoing support and continuous improvement
• Work closely with leadership to maintain efficient and effective operations and achieve operational and performance goals

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 7–10 years of progressively responsible professional billing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• HFMA, MGMA, AAPC, or other healthcare certification preferred
• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, insurance practices, and revenue cycle operations
• Experience with electronic practice management systems
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence across teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward

Demonstrates expertise in revenue cycle operations, including billing systems and insurance practices, while effectively leading teams and driving performance improvements. Strong ability to develop educational programs and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
