Annual salary $54,000
$5,000 sign on bonus ($1,250 paid at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment)
Reunification & Therapeutic Family Time
Responsible for provision of Reunification Readiness, Reunification Services and Therapeutic Family Time. Responsible for assessing thereadiness of potential bio families referred to by DCF that may qualify for reunification services. Provide reunification services to families referred by DCF providing short-term intensive in-homeservices following the removal of a child(ren) due to abuse or neglectto promote successful reunification. Will conduct weekly home visitsand work closely with the bio-family and foster family as well asconduct therapeutic family time (supervised visits) and transportation to and from visits.
This position also provides on-call support to families and provides intervention as needed.

The Clinician provides direct services to clients, in the office,school, or other identified setting to meet the unique needs of families served. Unlicensed clinicians are hired prior to obtaining their license to practice as mental health practitioners (i.e.,psychology, social work, LMFT, LPC, LADC). Unlicensed clinicians will receive supervision by a licensed clinician and may be offeredtraining opportunities. When eligible, all unlicensed clinicians are expected to obtain licensure to be considered for ongoing employmentat The Village.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirect services may include, but not limited to:
- Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement.
- Determines DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with Supervisor and Medical Director or designated Psychiatrist, as needed.
- Develops treatment plans and contracts for services.
- Implements treatment plans, modifying it as appropriate during treatment.
- Discharge planning, which may include linkages to community support services.
- Provides case management services.
- Completes clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources.
- Maintains productivity targets determined by service.
- Participates and presents in Peer Consultation and Quality Assurance Reviews.
- Fosters collaboration with other clinical and administrative staffto respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Partners with other programs or clinical staff to identify and develop approaches to address clients’ unmet needs or service gaps.
- Acquires and maintains the needed skills in evidenced based models that the agency/program ascribes to.
- Partners with Supervisor to identify and develop plans for professional growth.
- Contributes to program functioning by assuming responsibility for special tasks or leadership in special projects as appropriate.
