Little Bird Wellness is a multi-location wellness center dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapeutic services. Our Manchester, East Granby, and (new!) Hartford offices are looking for skilled and compassionate massage therapists to join our collaborative team. We’re committed to creating a warm, healing environment that supports whole-person wellness—and we’d love to welcome a practitioner who shares that vision.

We’re seeking massage therapists who are motivated, client-focused, and excited to grow their practice in a supportive setting. The right candidate will enjoy educating clients about their body, offering customized care, and honing their skills through ongoing training and collaboration.

• Provide professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to: therapeutic (light & deep pressure), prenatal, and other modalities based on your training and expertise
• Other current modalities offered:
  Bamboo, Thai, Sarga, Lymphatic, MLD, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Mobility massage.
• Customize each session to meet client needs, preferences, and medical considerations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment space
• Ensure excellent client care before, during, and after sessions
• Accurately document client history and session notes within a collaborative practice model
• Adhere to safety standards and professional boundaries
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture

• Valid CT state massage therapy license
• Professional experience in a massage setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen deeply to client needs
• Compassionate customer service approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
• Interest in holistic and integrative care approaches a plus
