• Clinician II (LCSW) $67,496 – $93,600

Collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care to clients in individual and group settings. Create and submit accurate, detailed clinical documentation consistent with federal, state, third-party payer, and organizational standards. Participate in ongoing professional practice evaluation and contribute to quality/process improvement.

• Manage an active client panel per professional and organizational standards
• Deliver care on scheduled, same-day, or consult basis
• Develop structured treatment plans addressing identified mental health disorders--Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
• Facilitate referrals (substance abuse treatment, medication management, community resources)
• Provide crisis intervention and consultative support as needed
• Use data analytics to monitor and improve patient outcomes
• Submit timely, compliant documentation of assessments and clinical decision-making
• Participate in individual/group supervision and interdisciplinary teams
• Collaborate across the organization on integrated, co-managed care

• Contribute to departmental quality/process improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance on committees (e.g., Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement, Infection Control)
• Participate in peer review and professional practice evaluation
• Complete credentialing/privileging and license renewals on time
• Support HR/Billing with reimbursement-related information requests
• Complete ongoing clinical education requirements
• Stay current on evidence-based practice standards

• Master's degree in Social Work (or related mental health/addiction field)
• Valid state license as LCSW, LMSW, or LADC (or equivalent for mental health/addiction field)
• CPR certification (healthcare provider level) or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Strong community/public health orientation
• Clinician II only: 10+ years providing clinical services under an LCSW license with a demonstrated track record of high autonomy

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in institutional or private practice clinical settings
• Experience with socioeconomically diverse populations
• Familiarity with federally qualified health centers

• Comfort with electronic health records
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism, including under stress
• Ability to travel to various work-site locations as needed
• Strong oral/written communication and team collaboration skills

Frequent standing/sitting; ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs; works in a medical environment with potential exposure to communicable diseases and blood borne pathogens.
