Nourished Rx seeks a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our mission-driven clinical team. This RD will provide telehealth nutrition assessments, counseling, and education to members across Nourished Rx programs, translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable changes that fit each member's health needs and goals.
You'll collaborate with the care team to develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, use motivational interviewing, and document progress.
