Oak View Group - 166 Capitol Avenue - Responsibilities:
Set-up of all concession locations prior to the start of the event, including verifying opening inventory and assigning duties to concession workers;
Requisition s and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations;
Train and coach new and current employees on standard operating procedures in the concessions area;
Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational;
Perform closing duties and ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations
