Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including inspecting and replacing hardware and appliances.;
Clean and maintain all guest rooms and surfaces (carpets, upholstery, tile, windows, mirrors) to standard.;
Report serious maintenance problems or safety hazards to management and follow safety policies.;
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information; support team to reach goals.;
Welcome and acknowledge guests in accordance with Marriott standards and anticipate service needs.
