Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- HYBRID in Hartford CT to support a busy recruiting team. Position is a contract role for 6 months with possible extension.

Pay: $22 per hour

Hybrid

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm

Position Type: Contract (temporary) for 6+ months with possible extension

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule high-volume interviews for internal and external candidates
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative teams
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Greet candidates and new hires upon arrival
  • Monitor and manage shared recruiting inboxes
  • Coordinate scheduling for mid-level roles, working with Administrative Assistants on leadership availability
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • High School diploma required (college degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of related experience (2+ years in Customer Service or Talent Acquisition preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable working in an environment with change and ambiguity
