We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer who's passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful work - someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and is ready to make a real impact.
In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to our Enterprise Analytics and Corporate Functions teams, helping to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and engaging top‑tier candidates in a highly competitive market. Your insights and sourcing expertise will directly influence hiring decisions and fuel our innovation.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Woonsocket, RI or Hartford, CT hub location.What You'll Do
- Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain diverse, high‑quality pipelines for critical roles across analytics and corporate functions.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business needs and long‑term talent goals.
- Leverage market intelligence and data to inform sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments and present top talent to hiring teams.
- Champion our employer brand through social media, events, and networking.
- Represent CVS Health at industry conferences, career fairs, and diversity events.
- Ensure all sourcing activities align with compliance standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with deep experience in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- 3+ years working with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
- 3+ years' experience developing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Experience sourcing for highly technical, hard‑to‑fill roles within an innovative, cutting‑edge technology organization.
- Strong background in building scalable sourcing strategies.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated comfort pulling, analyzing, and sharing recruiting reports to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
