Position

Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter on the Corporate University Relations Team, you will be a talent advisor to business leaders hosting Corporate Internship and Leadership Development Programs for Undergraduate and Graduate students. This team impacts ~300 corporate intern hires and ~225 Leadership Development Program (LDP) & full-time intern conversions. This position will report to a Senior Program Manager in Corporate University Relations.

This role currently supports our Data, Analytics, Information Technology & Security related students and business areas.

You

will:
  • Develop relationships with Hiring Leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to provide expertise in the university recruitment process
  • Host recruitment events in partnership with your hiring leaders
  • Develop relationships with universities and strategic partners
  • Provide an interview slate of qualified candidates to hiring leaders and support the interview and offer process
  • Provide a best in class candidate experience throughout recruitment, offer, & onboarding processes
  • Work in collaboration with a variety of colleagues to provide programming during the summer internship program
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function (or equivalent)
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and recruiting events within state and out of state (~20%)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in student or campus recruiting, or experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Experience in high volume student or campus recruiting, within the Data Sciences, Data Analytics, & Engineering related business areas
Education
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience required, including military and contractor roles

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
