Responsibilities

- Proven experience in market data analysis, benchmarking, and developing compensation strategies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
Demonstrates expertise in compensation strategies, market data analysis, and the execution of compensation programs, while effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing data analytics and adapting to technological advancements in Generative AI and automation.
