What you’ll be doingWhat will your essential responsibilities include?
- Support the planning, coordinating, and executing annual HR programs and initiatives at a local level as directed by senior HR leaders.
- Perform day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks, including processing employee lifecycle changes such as hires, transfers, promotions, etc.
- Assist in delivering timely and responsive HR Support to local employees, managers, and senior-level HR partners by answering basic HR questions and routing more complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain and provide accurate employee data and records within HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Generate and compile reports, analyze basic HR data, and support the preparation of materials for HR and business leaders.
- Act as a HR Information systems expert and stay informed on updated HR processes and tools to effectively support HR Business Partners.
- Partner with designated HR team member to support organizational updates, including maintain org charts and tracking workforce changes.
- Support the US HR Management Team and designated HRBPs by preparing reports, analyzing data, producing trend analysis, and managing organizational charts to ensure all business changes are current.

- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
- Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field
- Effective Leadership and management skills, including ability to establish and drive long-term strategic direction, think in global terms, but act local and demonstrate business acumen.
- Innovative thinker and solutions oriented with an eye on the future.
