- Develop effective partnerships with business leaders on strategic and operational human resources issues
- Analyze workforce analytics, including turnover, talent, and hiring trends, and implement action plans
- Consult with leadership on organization effectiveness, organization design, development, workflow efficiencies, and organizational and cultural change
- Execute HR plans in coordination with customer groups
- Establish HR systems to attract, select, reward, develop, engage, and retain employees
- Advise leadership on technical and leadership talent selection, employee development, and succession planning
- Help leaders leverage talent across work groups through cross-training, rotational assignments, and redeployment
- Advise on employee relations, progressive discipline, documentation, and compliance with company policies
- Develop proactive and reactive interventions supporting employee relations and organizational effectiveness
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and leaders
- Support communication and execution of the compensation philosophy
- Analyze internal and external equity using local market information and address identified issues
- Partner with leadership on compensation decisions, including base pay and incentive equity grants
- Promote adherence to HR policies and programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Participate in developing HR policies and practices aligned with corporate direction and customer group plans
- Monitor social, economic, and other trends affecting the business and HR policies
- Deliver HR-related training and facilitate meetings
- Typically five or more years of HR experience, preferably with most experience in a generalist position
- College degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, business, or another related course of study, or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of related work experience, including experience in a generalist or other human resources role
- Broad knowledge of human resources, including organization development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition
Demonstrates expertise in human resources management, including organization development, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Proven ability to analyze workforce analytics and implement effective HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and compliance.
