The Human Resources internship experience is an 10.5-week full‑time opportunity that starts on May 24th 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. Relocation stipends may be provided to qualifying interns who live more the 50 miles from their assigned office location.

Interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired.

The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on Memorial day and July 4th (company holidays), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, successful interns are strongly positioned for consideration for future full‑time opportunities with CVS Health, including the Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Sponsorship:
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
