We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic people leader responsible for overseeng a team of HR professionals across the Americas Region, including the U.S., Bermuda and Canada.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Ensure high-quality HR support across global and diverse client groups in the Americas region by leading, mentoring and developing a high performing HR Advisory team supporting U.S., Canada, and Bermuda..
• Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, organizational challenges, and stakeholder dynamics, elevating team capability in judgement, influence, and proactive problem-solving.
• Drive consistency in HR practices and strengthen partnerships with Global HRBPs and regional HR leaders to deliver cohesive, high-impact people solutions.
• Continuously review our HR processes starting with our clients and a focused, fit and fast mindset. Play a leadership role in automation and data usage.
• Build strong, trusted relaionships with Global HR Business Partners to understand and support AXA XL’s human capital strategies, talent management and development priorities. .
• Translate global HR strategies into effective local execution across the Americas.
• Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoE) to implement regional and local policies and procedures.
  
  Build, maintain, and manage strong cross-functional partnerships to to anticipate situations requiring training, curriculum development and/or changes in policies, procedures, regulations, or technologies.
• Facilitate, gather and consolidate feedback relating to staff engagement – develop solutions with the senior leaders to address concern areas or realize areas of high potential.
• Serve as an escalation point challenge, and coach business leaders on how to engage colleagues, address people issues and build people capabilities effectively.
• Guide and ensure adherence to the local HR policies and practices, adapting to country-specific requirements and constraints.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team culture.

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
• Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field
• Effective Leadership and management skills, including ability to establish and drive long-term strategic direction, think in global terms, but act local and demonstrate business acumen.
• Innovative thinker and solutions oriented with an eye on the future.
