Overview
Test Lead position requiring hands-on Guidewire testing in a Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Responsible for leading a team of offshore testers, driving end-to-end testing programs, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement test strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
- Test Planning & Execution:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test strategy documents, test evaluation reports, and accurate effort estimations. - Manage and oversee the execution of system integration testing (SIT), functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication with business SMEs, scrum masters, development teams, and senior leadership. Provide regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. - Quality Assurance &
Risk Management:
Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Identify and proactively address potential risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans. Make go/no-go decisions based on test results and toll gate criteria. - Lead a team of offshore testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Must have at least 10 years work experience in Guidewire testing.
- Must have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
- Should be able to perform hands on testing in Guidewire and lead a team of offshore testers.
- Proven experience in creating end-to-end test strategies for large programs.
- Excellent communication and coordination with project stakeholders, business, and offshore teams.
- Should be able to additionally drive automation, performance, data testing, integrations, and reporting tracks.
- Guidewire Certified.

Salary Range : $125,000-$140,000 a year
