Desktop Support Technician (Hardware Support) –
Location:
Onsite – Duration: 6 Month Contract –

5 Days Onsite Required
Play a critical role in supporting staff by ensuring their technology works when it matters most. We're looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Technician with strong hardware experience to support a large-scale device refresh for a growing organization.
What You'll Be Doing- Set up, image, deploy, upgrade, and maintain desktops and laptops
- Provide hands-on hardware and workstation support
- Troubleshoot Windows-related issues and accurately document tickets for escalation
- Support wireless devices, peripherals, and basic networking needs
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting
- 2+ years of hardware support experience (required)
- 2+ years of experience imaging computers
- 2+ years of experience setting up workstations
- Strong Windows 10 experience
- Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a must
- Desktop support and troubleshooting experience
- Windows support in an enterprise environment
You ll support a major refresh of 5,000+ devices with potential expansion, gaining exposure within one of the largest organizations in the state. This is a strong opportunity to showcase your skills and position yourself for long-term growth or conversion.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
