Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles (Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect).
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (SLAs, latency, real‑time/near–real‑time processing, multithreading) with the ability to design systems that meet them.
5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
5+ years of experience with SQL, No
SQL, Redis, and related database technologies.
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and API design.
Familiarity with Dev Ops ecosystems including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Git, as well as messaging systems like Kafka. Experience or exposure to AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
