Healthcare Automation Solution Architect - NO C2C

THIS ROLE IS Contract to Hire - Must be GC OR US Citizens
Architecture & Technical experience

• Create architectural designs and lead architectural design for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with enterprise and clinical architecture teams to ensure alignment.
• Work with the product teams (owners, managers) to understand the capabilities being requested and translate them to architectural/technical designs
• Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects.
• Act as the senior architect on major initiatives, including clinical programs
• Provide architectural oversight and hands‑on support throughout the development lifecycle.

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)
• Strong experience in understanding non‑functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• 5+ years of SQL, No
  
  SQL, Redis and any relevant database experience
• 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience in healthcare domain.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
