Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in either Hartford, CT, Charlotte, NC or Branchville, NJ
Our client seeks a visionary Transformation Leader to define and execute an enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business objectives. The role leads strategy and roadmap development, enables execution with Target process or equivalent tools, and ensures integration of processes, tools, and teams. The leader provides technical guidance, partners with senior stakeholders for alignment and adoption, and fosters continuous improvement across the organization.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $80.00 to $100.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Own and operate Target process (preferred) or Rally/Jira to support delivery, portfolio, and transformation initiatives.
- Build and maintain views, dashboards, and visualizations that show flow, backlog health, quality, and progress.
- Use delivery data to construct clear narratives that drive decisions and actions.
- Coach teams, RTEs, and leaders through metrics-driven conversations.
- Guide discussions on backlog health, flow efficiency, throughput, quality trends, and delivery risks.
- Translate complex delivery data into actionable insights to improve how work moves through the system.
- Enable practical change in evolving Agile contexts by coaching through real work rather than prescriptive frameworks.
- Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, risks, and delivery insights, providing transparency and clear recommendations.
- Proven hands‑on transformation or delivery leadership experience beyond advisory work.
- Deep, practical experience with Target process (strongly preferred) or Rally/Jira.
- Ability to build views and dashboards within delivery tools.
- Experience interpreting delivery metrics to inform decisions and improvements.
- Demonstrated capability to coach teams, RTEs, and leaders using real delivery data.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency translating complexity into clear insights.
- Comfort working directly with teams, tools, and data on a daily basis.
- Experience coaching RTEs, program leaders, or portfolio leaders through tooling and metrics (preferred).
- Background in environments where Agile practices are evolving or being redefined (preferred).
- Experience exporting or analyzing data in Excel for deeper analysis and storytelling (preferred).
- Certifications such as SAFe or similar are a plus but not required (preferred).
