Senior Coupa Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Senior Coupa Consultant. As a Senior Coupa Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for developing Coupa processes in the scrum team. You will be responsible for deliverables in the scrum team and will also contribute to building reusable components on Coupa technologies. You will work closely with the technical lead in reviews and technical issue resolution along with the scrum master to ensure timely deliverables of assigned work, interfaces, processes, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Coupa processes within the scrum team.
  • Deliver Scrum sprint deliverables and collaborate with technical lead and scrum master.
  • Build reusable components on Coupa technologies.
  • Resolve technical issues and participate in reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned work, interfaces, and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education).
  • At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
  • Location:

    Hartford, CT (may require travel to project/client location).
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience with Coupa.
  • Lead Coupa implementations and enhancements tailored to healthcare procurement and contract workflows.
  • Configure and optimize Coupa CLM for managing healthcare contracts, including provider agreements, BAAs, and regulatory documentation.
  • Manage RPMA processes including requisitioning, sourcing, approvals, and supplier onboarding with healthcare-specific compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, legal, finance, and clinical operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable Coupa solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines in procurement and contract processes.
  • Integrate Coupa with ERP systems and healthcare platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, SAP).
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end‑users and business teams; monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
  • Integration with internal/external systems using APIs, File Transfer, etc.
  • Aware of Application Security and how to interact with Secure Applications via Firewall, Secured APIs with Okta, etc.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum); proficient in using JIRA for sprint/task tracking.
  • Knowledge of database concepts.
  • Experience in architecture & design.
  • Active participation in Project Design, Build, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle.
  • Coupa Certified Professional (CLM or Procurement).
  • Exposure to HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Experience in large healthcare organizations or payer/provider environments.
