Seeking a Salesforce QA Lead with strong experience in Salesforce testing and administration who can lead QA efforts in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting automation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)- Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Testing
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Administration
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Knowledge of Automation Testing
- Prior Healthcare industry experience
- Lead Salesforce QA testing activities across releases and enhancements
- Validate Salesforce functionality through functional and regression testing
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable
- Ensure high-quality releases and maintain testing standards
