Solution Architects - Cloud & AI

Job Description

A large healthcare enterprise is looking for 2 Solution Architects to join their Architecture Team within the Medicaid Organization. In this role, you will be helping drive and create solutions for projects in the Cloud Optimization, Cloud Native Design, AI Digitization and other business problems. In this role, you will partner with the architects within your own team, the engineers from the Cloud Engineering vertical and high-level senior leadership.

Communication is extremely important in this role as you will be responsible for presenting solutions, communicating with peers on what cloud native services to use and how they fit a particular use case, and helping drive a migration to new digital assets. Projects for this team span across looking at unstructured documents for AI and creating a structure format in terms of the data while taking an agentic approach to make operational decisions, cloud migration and optimization within Public Cloud, preferably Azure but open to others.

• 10+ years of Solution Architect experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance space.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native Services, with Cloud Architecture and Engineering experience. Azure preferred but multi cloud environments welcomed.
• Well versed with AI in any of the following areas:
  Agentic AI, GenAI, Intelligence Documentation, AI Coding, Agent and Workflow creation, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak with Senior Level Leadership and high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work well with others while still remaining independent for individual contributor work.
