Compensation Overview

Annual base salary: $81,500.00 – $, with eligibility for performance‑based cash incentives.

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Senior Consultant, Data Management, you will lead data governance practices, ensuring data consistency, trustworthiness, and responsible usage. You will collaborate with business partners to develop, implement, and document data management, data governance, and metadata policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing data availability, usability, integrity, security, and privacy.
  • Implement processes to assure data quality for business purposes.
  • Perform data profiling, analysis, and communicate results to support data quality processes.
  • Meet with business customers to develop and maintain data quality requirements and specifications.
  • Document metadata, data lineage, transformation rules, and naming standards.
  • Participate in creation of data models and support data model validation.
  • Test and validate data management requirements and capabilities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve business data issues.
  • Maintain knowledge management documents and governance of taxonomies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools and one or more Data platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Teradata, Python, Hive, Micro Strategy, Ab Initio, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Technologies.
  • Understanding of metadata management, lineage, and cataloging.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with business partners.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills to handle shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of overall data models, relationships, mapping lineage, and business rules.
  • College degree (Bachelor’s) or at least two years of relevant data and analytics experience.
