Tech Scum Lead / Project Manager
Hybrid in Hartford, CT
GC/USC Preferred
Duration
: ASAP Start (6+ month contract + extensions)
Just need a good Agile Technical Lead who has experience Delivering projects in a Google Cloud environment.
This is Hybrid, so need someone who can be in the office and work with this team.
Must-Have:
- Former software engineer (ideally Python, Java, or Node.js) with real-world coding experience.
- Proven delivery management or tech lead experience in Agile/iterative environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and engineering practices - GCP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead technical conversations and push back when necessary - you're not afraid to ask the hard questions.
- Skilled in identifying roadblocks, coaching teams, and aligning stakeholders without getting bogged down in process.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to enterprise GCP transformations, data platforms, or modern app modernization efforts.
- Certifications (Scrum, GCP) are nice, but not required - we care more about your hands-on experience and technical leadership.
