Job SummaryData Technical Lead responsible for delivering large‑scale data engineering solutions using SSIS, SQL, and Snowflake. Leads technical teams, converts customer requests into technical specifications, and ensures delivery commitments are met within an Agile delivery process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead onsite technical teams for SQL Server and Snowflake projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions (SSIS, SQL, Snowflake).
- Collaborate with client stakeholders (mid and senior level) to understand requirements and provide technical details.
- Ensure deliverable commitments are met within Agile delivery process.
- Review requirements and estimate work effort.
- Support production deployment and maintenance of EDW applications.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in SSIS and SQL development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SSIS, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Experience in Snowflake Cloud data platform and cloud data engineering.
- Prior leading experience as Technical Lead on customer projects of scale and complexity.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery mechanisms.
- Primary: SSIS, SQL, Snowflake.
- Secondary / Nice to have (not mandatory): PC Insurance domain experience, GenAI solutioning.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with client stakeholders at mid and senior level.
Actual compensation within the displayed range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. Additional forms of compensation may be included based on position, location, and job level.
