Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Appian platform.
- Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in Appian development.
- Mentor team members on Appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Appian solutions and agile processes.
- Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using Appian, including building business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and drive collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Certifications:
Appian Level 2 Certification or higher is preferred.
