Senior Business Intelligence / Tableau Administrator
Location: Hybrid at Hartford, CT
Duration: 12 Months
Seeking for a skilled Senior Business Intelligence / Tableau Administrator responsible for administration, incident management, troubleshooting, user support, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical reporting and analytics services.
Specific Services Required:
- Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.
- Monitor platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.
- Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
- Deploy and promote reports to different environments.
- Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database environments for enterprise reporting.
- Investigate reporting data issues and perform data validation activities.
- Assist with SQL/SOQL troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Monitor and support Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues.
- Collaborate with development and integration teams during incident resolution and deployments.
- Support Mule Soft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments impacting reporting platforms.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support.
- Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure SQL Database or similar databases.
- Experience with user management and routine tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self-directed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with all phases of SDLC and technical documentation.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Experience with Mule Soft Runtime Fabric (RTF) or integrations.
- Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting environments.
- Microsoft Azure experience.

- Microsoft SQL Server: 7-9 Years
- Transact-SQL: 4-6 Years
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS): 4-6 Years
