Automation Tester; Playwright​/AI - Hartford, CT; Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Playwright automation UI API
• Strong in stakeholder communication and leadership
• Drive AI adoption automation strategy and standards
• Ability to design solutions create frameworks and guide offshore team
• Review AI-generated outputs and ensure quality
• Ability to create and work with AI agents for testing automation
• Use AI tools such as Copilot for test generation script creation and debugging
• Validate and test AI-generated code and outputs
• Understand prompting and AI guardrails

• Analyze requirements and design sprint and regression test cases
• Perform API testing with Postman and Rest Sharp
• Conduct database validation, SQL backend data checks
• Analyze existing codebase product and improve coverage
• Execute tests, analyze failures and log defects in tracking tools
• Follow established STLC processes and QA standards
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines via Azure Dev Ops

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.

Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation such as an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
