PositionSummary
Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT:
Manager, Scrum Master to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for CVS digital projects and products. Multiple positions.
- Develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope.
- Determine feasibility of solution design and prepare technical design documentation.
- Plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide program and project oversight, direction, and administration across full project life cycles, including team formation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and warranty support on medium to large projects.
- Write and review high‑quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Monitor progress milestones and deliverables.
- Support applications, systems, and databases used for healthcare activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members.
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position requires completion of a university‑level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in each of the following:
- Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting;
- Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles;
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Java, Python, or Node.js;
- R or SQL;
- CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or Dev Ops;
- Domain support for healthcare or retail organization;
- Web and mobile applications development;
- Writing application code and deploying to production;
- Relational database concepts;
- Software development best practices;
- Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau.
Pay Range: $/year to $/year. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
