Job Title:
Performance Engineer / SRE
Location:
Hartford, CT
Duration: 6+ months
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or similar roles
- Strong expertise with APM tools, Dynatrace is preferred (other tools such as App Dynamics, Datadog or New Relic are a plus)
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of application performance triage methodologies and root cause analysis
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and organizations
