Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Focus on anticipating challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to balancing project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Must have experience with Oracle enterprise data management cloud service (EDMCS), financial consolidation and close (FCCS), planning and budgeting (EPBCS), free form planning (FF), and smart view reports.
  • Knowledge of integrating with peripheral applications.
  • Must be able to evaluate and mediate the impacts and interdependencies of various solution aspects and applications, including data migration.
  • Must be able to articulate solution options to the data team.
  • Must be able to participate in data‑mapping sessions to build data conversion suited to the solution.
  • Must be able to provide clarification to Watlow on designs, developments, and templates.
  • Must be able to review complex functions prior to submission of deliverables.
  • Must be able to review cut‑over strategies.
  • Coordinate with track leads to perform impact analysis of Oracle patch releases every quarter.
  • Must be able to perform checks for impact of solutions across all tracks.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Should be able to work in an onshore‑offshore delivery model.
  • Exposure or experience on Oracle Cloud and related systems will be preferred.
  • Experience managing a team of 10–12 would be a plus.
  • Cloud certifications on ERP & SCM modules are a plus.
  • Should be able to review complex functions prior to submission of deliverables.
  • Should be able to review the impact of Oracle patch releases every quarter.
  • Participation in cut‑over activities and post Go‑Live support is preferred.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of one year of education may be considered.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to the work/project location.
