We are looking for a senior-level engineer to join our team and take on a mix of advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, enjoys working across both cloud and on-premises environments, and wants to play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure and security strategies.
What You’ll Do- Be the final escalation point for technical issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting.
- Lead cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, cross-platform).
- Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and on-premises server environments.
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Design and deploy security solutions such as MFA.
- Document processes, deliver training, and mentor junior team members.
- Respond to high-priority incidents and support after-hours on a rotating basis.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technical role.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper‑V/VMware, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, antivirus) and VoIP systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
