• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders

• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies
• Experience with Oracle Customer Relationship Management/Customer Service
• Experience in architecture/design /detailing of processes and problem definition
• Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud
• Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements/coverages, RMA and Depot Repair
• Experience with the Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder
• Knowledge of Webservices based integration
• Experience with PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

• Experience working onsite as well as working with offshore team on deliverables
• Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
