This is not EUC, this is system admin lead SCCM, Intune, packaging Level 3 support.
Must Have
Skills:
- End User Computing EUC operations and support.
- Microsoft Intune Autopilot compliance policies device management.
- Active Directory Azure AD identity access management.
- Endpoint Security Bit Locker Defender Conditional Access.
Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY:
- Power Shell automation and scripting.
- Application packaging MSIMSIX Intune Win.
- Patch management and CAB processes.
- Microsoft 365 application support.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Process oriented with audit readiness mindset.
