• Strong Healthcare domain knowledge preferably with Aetna experience
• Excellent articulation and documentation skills with GPS Contact Center experience
• Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams (AI enabled projects preferred)
• Stakeholder coordination with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects

• As a BA to be part of AI enablement scrum teams to build AI agents for different business purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI agent workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure clear documentation, communication, and tracking of deliverables across the project lifecycle
