Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; "Scrum", "Devops", "Project Management", "Servicenow"
• Strong communication skills
• Prior scrum master / project management etc
• Good technology background
• Exposure to Devops
• Prior ticket management preferred
• Insurance experience preferred
