Business Analysts to support a high-priority initiative focused on HRP (Health Reimbursement Program) Data Extraction and Automation. These roles are critical to ensuring timely and accurate identification of eligible members for reimbursement, and will play a key role in streamlining data workflows and enhancing automation capabilities. Given the niche skill set and competitive rate we are moving quickly to interview qualified candidates starting tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the automation of data extraction processes for HRP eligibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping requirements and business rules.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration points.
• Interface with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with APIs and downstream systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive decisions.

Required Skills

Experience:

• STTM (Source to Target Mapping) – Strong experience in defining and managing data mappings.
• SQL – Advanced proficiency in querying, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets.
• Data Mapping – Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• APIM (API Management) – Familiarity with API integration and management tools.
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Previous experience in healthcare or reimbursement programs is a plus.
