Area Of Responsibility
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
  • Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
  • Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
  • Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

  • Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations.

  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
  • Working knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
  • Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and supporting existing functionality and integrations with other systems effectively.
  • Consultative approach for upgrades and best practice recommendations.
  • Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations is an additional advantage.
  • Strong ability to guide design decisions, perform cross‑module impact analysis, and own architecture governance.
  • Experience leading large HR transformation programs across global organizations.
  • Ability to create Architecture documents, solution design documents, data flow diagrams.
  • Experience with Security models, Test strategy documents.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with multi‑country implementations.
  • External LMS, Benefits platforms.
  • Exposure to Journeys, AI/ML, Digital Assistants, VBCS Extensions.
  • Experience in migrating from Oracle EBS, People Soft, SAP Success Factors, Workday, or custom HR systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education).
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
