ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C)

We are hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to help drive our Collins Process & Systems Transformation program.

The Collins Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems and customer related applications. Collins has chosen SAP's S/4

HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

The ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) is responsible for successful delivery within each phase of the program:

• Blueprint – detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions.
• Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal Collins team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.
• Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
• Cutover & Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of Collins' financial and operational performance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S/4

HANA solution.

* This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins' major facilities.

What YOU will do:

• Support the end-to-end O2C process areas including Inquiry and Quotation, sales order processing, Delivery, Billing and invoicing, credit management, Accounts Receivable and integrations to Boundary Systems.
• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4
  
  HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired Collins operating model and industry best practices.
• Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
• Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired standard operating model, and industry best practices.
• Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
• Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies.
• Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.
• Travel expectations 25-50%

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in SAP systems with Order to cash experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree;
  Advanced degree and 7+ years' related work experience.
• Strong understanding of digital processes for the Order to Cash workstream in the following focus areas: quotes, contracts, sales orders, returns, delivery, shipping, pricing and billing finance processes, EDI, customer applications. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
• Experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
