We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Now HRSD Developer to join our IT/HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration, and customization of the Service Now HRSD module, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across Customer's organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Working experience on HRSD related projects: HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard based solution design and configuration. Knowledge of business processes in scope (e.g. HR onboarding, payroll, procurement, etc.).
  • Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, Case Management.
  • Document Generation, Journey acceleration, Workday integrations, Manager Hub, Onboarding module, and Lifecycle events.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Service Now platform.
  • Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Service Now platform.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
  • Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize Service Now utilization.
  • Develop, integrate, and implement Service Now solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
  • Customize and enhance Service Now workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.
Required Skills & Certifications
  • Previous experience on HRSD related projects: configuring complex HR Services, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports & Dashboard based solution design and configuration.
  • Integration with Workday, Success Factors, Reporting tools like Power BI, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience with Service Now Mobile App for HRSD.
  • Familiarity with Service Now integration tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
