Test Manager; Property & Casualty Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts for a large-scale, multi-year transformation program within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will define test strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems in an Agile environment.

• Lead and manage all testing activities across large-scale transformation programs
• Define and implement test strategy, test planning, and test estimation
• Coordinate and mentor QA teams across multiple work streams
• Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across P&C insurance applications
• Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile delivery cycles
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure Dev Ops
• Ensure automation coverage and continuous improvement of QA processes
• Validate data using SQL and support backend testing needs
  
  Oversee automation frameworks using Playwright and Ranorex

• 5+ years of experience as a QA/Test Manager
• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and test estimation
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience with test automation tools like Microsoft Playwright and Ranorex
• Strong knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
