• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders

• Experience with HCM – Core HR and Self‑Service
• Hands‑on experience in working on Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience in driving strategic discussion with business users on business process functional areas of HCM and Redwood
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

• Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management
• Experience on Oracle Cloud Talent Management module
• Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM – Security module
• End‑to‑end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
