Certified AWS Solution Architect

Role Overview

• AWS Certified - AWS Solutions Architect (Professional level preferred).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform.
• Dev Ops and CI/CD implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of core cloud/infrastructure foundational concepts, including virtualization, compute, storage (e.g., FSx ONTAP), data services, and other AWS cloud services.
• Security concepts:
  Firewalls, Security Groups, IAM Personas, IPS/IDS, F5, traffic routing, load balancing, CDN, Cloud Front, API Gateways.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards, controls, and best practices.

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate certification required; Professional certification preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of core AWS services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to provide implementation guidance based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Application, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Dev Ops, Observability, Disaster Recovery, Reliability Engineering, and Database teams.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• AWS Solutions Architect certification (Associate required; Professional preferred).
• Solid understanding of core AWS services.
• Proficiency in Terraform for IaC.
• Experience providing architectural guidance using the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
